GMB’s Andi Peters slips and falls over in the SNOW while presenting in freezing Northern Ireland
GOOD Morning Britain’s Andi Peters slipped and fell over in the snow while presenting a segment from Northern Ireland today.
The 49-year-old battled the elements as he appeared via video link from Ballymena, which was covered in snow.
As it fell around him, Andi told Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid back in the studio: “Can you see how amazing this river is? This whole thing is amazing, it’s a really beautiful part of the world.”
Susanna replied: “It looks like a film set where we have CGI’d the river in behind you.”
Ben noticed that he was struggling a bit and replied: “Andi really wants us to stop so he can go inside.”
As he sarcastically replied “oh thanks” he started to fall and disappeared from view of the camera.

Susanna gasped: “Oh steady! Blimey. Then we would have found out if it was a real river or not.”
Earlier this year Andi took his first day off sick in 20 years – after falling ill with shingles.
Speaking when he returned to work, Andi said: “I would say I’m back to 90 per cent, that’s good enough to be here.
“Thank you to everyone who has sent me a text. It’s amazing when you have shingles that you can share the story with others.
“You just have to listen to your body, it’s horrible. I had 12 days off! It’s so bizarre. I’ve watched so much of The West Wing! It feels like I’m at home again.”
