Kim Kardashian and her icon Cher ride motorcycles in biker gear with Naomi Campbell for racy new photoshoot
CHER and Kim Kardashian have brandished their biggest backcomb hairstyles and sexy black fashion for CR Fashion Book’s celeb-studded Power issue.
The iconic pair are joined by supermodel Naomi Campbell as they reveal their humanitarian hopes and ambitions while posing on Harley Davidson motorbikes.
Styled by Carine Roitfeld, they have been captured in a variety of sultry poses by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott as they take on the styling of the “ultimate fantasy biker gang.”
Through the series of images and accompanying editorial, they all strive to show how their power can be used to harness good.
Believe singer Cher tells how she is unapologetic about speaking up for what she believes in, telling the publication: “I never really thought of it as a power thing…
“One day I just realized, “I’m Cher. I don’t need anything else.”
Talking of social media, she added: “I like Twitter, because I like to say what I think and I don’t have to worry about that kind of thing.
“Sometimes I get my ass kicked on Twitter, but I still speak my mind.”
Meanwhile Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim, who has lived a huge chunk of her life in the public eye, told how it was power gained through her experience of motherhood which inspired her law studies and prison reform work.
She said: “I’m raising four black kids in this society and our system is so discriminatory against black and brown people.
“I want to do as much as I can to make their lives easier.
“I never knew much about the system until I started to dig in, and once I learned and saw how many things were wrong, I really couldn’t stop.”
The pair’s partnership on such an important project will no doubt delight Kanye West’s wife, who is a long time fan of Cher.
