Corrie’s Alison King seen without engagement ring after ‘kissing’ co-star Mikey North at the NTAs
CORRIE’S Alison King looks sombre as she is seen out without her engagement ring in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The actress, 46, still wore the dazzler two days after the images emerged in the Sun on Sunday last week appearing to show her kissing co-star Mikey North at the National Television Awards.
But she was spotted without the band at a Co-Op in Wilmslow, Cheshire on Thursday.
The actress, 46, was said to be “mortified” after pictures emerged appearing to show her kissing co-star Mikey North, 33, at the National Television Awards last week.
She is said to have told pals she was so drunk she couldn’t remember the kiss, and sources revealed she was “being rowdy” on the night.
Mikey, 33, denied it was a kiss and said he was just speaking into her ear.
The clinch came just four months after Alison – who plays knicker factory boss Carla Connor – revealed she was engaged to IT salesman David Stuckley, 36.
Mikey – who plays Gary Windass in the soap – recently welcomed his second child with wife Rachael Isherwood, 34.
Alison, who has been in Corrie since 2006, revealed in September how David had proposed during a romantic getaway.
She said she was so convinced he would pop the question that she bought him a Rolex as an engagement gift.
The couple said they have chosen a wedding venue. They were first spotted together in 2018 but she did not go public with the relationship until last autumn.

Alison has been engaged twice before, and has daughter Daisy Mae with ex Adam Huckett. She has never married.
Mikey and Rachael, who appeared in 2011’s Captain America: The First Avenger, hosted a countryside wedding in 2016.
A Corrie source said: “Alison and David are still happily engaged. Alison does not wear her ring on filming days.”
