DEAR DEIDRE: MY porn habit is spiralling out of control. Whenever I get home early from work or my girlfriend is out, my first thought is to log on to the internet and flick through my favourite porn sites.
I am 31, my girlfriend is 30. I love her but, for the past year, I have been visiting massage shops and usually getting a happy ending.

I want to cut down on the porn and stop vising these massage shops but the girls there make me feel so welcome. I cannot find the willpower to stop though I feel disgusted with myself afterwards.
