DANCING On Ice star Vanessa Bauer has shared a video of herself smashing face first into a wall during training for the ITV show.
The 23-year-old professional skater, who is partnered with Diversity’s Perri Kiely, landed in a heap on the ice at Slough Ice Arena in Berkshire on Thursday.

She posted a video of the dramatic tumble on her Instagram page, telling followers she “literally thought she had broken her face”.
In the clip, Vanessa skates gracefully across the ice before losing her balance and falling.
The TV star wore a pair of pale pink leggings and a black sports bra for the training session.

However, she lands face first into the side of the rink.
As well as a regular version, Vanessa also shared the footage in slow motion.
Alongside the post she wrote: “THAT just happened I literally thought I broke my face.It started off so well lol,.. good thing I know how to stop, not.

The video left some fans concerned, with one writing: “oh my goddd hope that hasn’t bruised!! Videos like this Remind us how much respect we have for skaters”.
Another said: “Oh my God! Are you fine? Hope that nothing bad has happened!”
Professional skater Alex Murphy added: “Omg. Glad you’re ok….Not funny at all, but glad you’re having a laugh about it cuz that’s one of the best bloopers…now ice that money maker!”
While former DOI contestant Brian McFadden commented: “Jesus!!!!!!! Are you ok? X”
Vanessa’s partner Perri is the favourite to win the ITV series.
Commenting on Perri taking part in Dancing on Ice 2020, a source revealed to The Sun: “Bosses are over the moon they’ve managed to land Perri for the new series.
“He’s got bucket loads of personality and they’re convinced he’ll bring great energy to the show.”
