Jeremy, who played Millie’s stepdad Mike, is suing Zodiak Kids Studio UK Ltd for more than £100,000.
Central London county court papers say the ex-Holby City heart-throb had to repeat the throw “over and over” in 2016 without training. They add he “suffered a significant back injury”.
As a result “he cannot act in any role that requires manual work or physical exertion — limiting his earnings”, say the documents.
Jeremy, of Winchester, Hants, says he missed out parts in US drama Reign and TV adverts.
A judge told a preliminary hearing it was accepted that he should have had training.
Insurers admit liability but contest the amount.
The case will resume at a later date.
