COLDPLAY fans will be thrilled to know that their favourite band is set to play a VERY special one-off gig.
But when is their concert at the Natural History Museum and more importantly how do you get a ticket? Well, here’s how….
When is Coldplay’s one-off gig at the Natural History Museum?
Coldplay has announced they will play an intimate show for fans at London’s iconic Natural History Museum.
The band will play the esteemed venue THIS MONDAY (November 25, 2019)
They are doing the concert to celebrate their new music.
Coldplay.com says this is “expected to be the band’s only UK show of the Everyday Life era”.
How can you get a ticket to Coldplay’s one-off gig at the Natural History Museum?
You’d better hurry if you want to go along to the gig.
Exclusive ticket access will be granted to UK fans who pre-order the record from Coldplay’s official store before TOMORROW (November 22).
It’s not known how much they will cost but once you get ticket access you will be able to get them from tomorrow.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis, to all those with exclusive access code, so not everyone with a code is guaranteed a ticket.
All proceeds from the show will go towards the work of ClientEarth, an environmental charity which has teamed up with the band.
Will Coldplay be going out on tour?
Coldplay have put plans to tour their new album on hold, due to concerns over the environmental impact of concerts.
Chris Martin told BBC News: “We’re not touring this album.
“We’re taking time over the next year or two, to work out how our tour can not only be sustainable [but] how can it be actively beneficial.
“All of us have to work out the best way of doing our job,” he continued, saying the band wanted their future tours to “have a positive impact”.
The band are in the Jordanian capital Amman to perform two shows that will be streamed live on YouTube.
The concerts, to be staged on Friday at sunrise and sunset respectively, will mirror the two halves of their new album Everyday Life.
The UK band last travelled the world with their A Head Full of Dreams Tour, which saw them stage 122 shows across four continents in 2016 and 2017.
