We've been doing a variation of this Cann table – otherwise known the Premier League Long Table, as we simpletons at FFT Towers like to call it – for a while now. It ably demonstrates the gulf between pockets of the league, and develops nicely as the season wears on.After 10 games, a fairly chunky six-point gap has opened up between Liverpool in first and Manchester City in second. In fact, it’s the biggest gap between any two neighbouring positions in the league.Leicester and Chelsea – both celebrating impressive weekends – come up just behind City, before the next big gap: four points takes us down to Arsenal, and another point to Crystal Palace.Then two big clumps: Manchester United have Sheffield United, Bournemouth and West Ham for company, while Tottenham are snuggled in with Wolves, Burnley and Brighton.
