Tim Sherwood has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have lost their focus on trying to use the club’s academy to create a conveyer belt of talent for the first team.
Sherwood spent a long period of time working with Tottenham’s academy before becoming the first-team manager in 2013.
The former Spurs manager believes that the club would be crazy to sack Mauricio Pochettino despite the poor start to the new season and is the right man to turn things around.
