DAN JAMES is on a special muscle-building programme to increase his strength.
Manchester United’s Wales winger, 21, has been accused of diving — and been booked twice for simulation this season.
That has riled the Red Devils, who reckon his rapid pace and small frame see him floored more easily.
A Carrington insider said: “Dan’s a tough little cookie and has been working hard to add muscle.
“It’s designed to give him another edge.”
James has taken no time showing off his best asset: searing pace.
