RUGBY ace Danny Cipriani is suing Lizzie Cundy for writing about their alleged romps — despite praising him.
Lizzie, 49, says in her book that Cipriani gave her “the greatest kiss of all time” in a romp that was “nine out of ten on the naughty scale”.
But the ex-England star, 31, now playing for Gloucester, wants up to £50,000 damages over the claims of a 2010 fling in Tales From The Red Carpet.
His lawyers Clintons want a gagging order — saying the book, which was launched in June, did not have his consent and breaches his right to privacy and data protection rules.
Papers filed at the High Court in London quote from the book’s second chapter, The Romeo of Richmond.
Lizzie — ex-wife of former Chelsea and Spurs footballer Jason — wrote: “It was the greatest kiss of all time.

“I remember thinking I had never ever been kissed like that in my entire life, and in that first initial moment, I realised what I had been missing all those years.”
Cipriani, who has dated celebs including Kelly Brook and Caroline Flack, also accuses her publishers.
Soho Friday Media said: “Lizzie was extremely nice and complimentary about Danny and is surprised at his reaction as she only told the half it. We are now dealing with it with our lawyers.”
