BORIS Johnson must do everything in his power to take the UK out of the EU on October 31 with a “clean break Brexit” - and should walk away rather than sign up to a “disingenuous” agreement with the bloc in the next few days, a US campaigner and former aide to President Ronald Reagan has said.
