Miranda Kerr gives birth to second son with Snapchat boss husband Evan Spiegel saying they are ‘overjoyed’
MIRANDA Kerr and husband Evan Spiegel revealed tonight that they have had a baby boy called Myles.
It is the 36-year-old model‘s second child with the Snapchat boss and her third overall as she shares eight-year-old son Flynn with Orlando Bloom.
The couple told People: “We are overjoyed at the arrival of Myles and so appreciate everyone’s kind words and wishes during this special time.
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our beautiful son into our family.”
Miranda and 29-year-old Evan have been married for two years and already have a one-year-one son called Hart.
The star announced she was pregnant in March but did not reveal the baby’s gender before giving birth, saying: “We already know. But we’re not telling everyone. My husband is ‘Mr. Private’ so I have to respect that.”
Miranda and Evan started dating in 2014 and got engaged in July 2016, with the model revealing that they were waiting until they got married to have sex.
Speaking before they wed, she said: “I don’t [use birth control].”
Asked if that means she is planning another child, she replied: “Not yet. Not until after we get married. My partner is very traditional.”
However, she previously admitted she “definitely” wanted another child.
She said of the prospect of being pregnant again: “Not right this second, but yeah, definitely at some point. I love being a mum. It’s just the most rewarding thing.”
Miranda said she would be sure to make sure she still had time for her other sons, saying Flynn felt “frustrated” not to get to spend as much time with her as he used to after Hart was born.
She recalled: “About a month after Hart was born, Flynn said to me, ‘Mum, I’m a little frustrated.’
“He said: ‘I know I was the one who wanted a baby brother – like, I know it was my idea … But I’m feeling a little frustrated that I don’t get as much time with you as I used to.’

“I was like, ‘I know, but honey, you know it’s not going to be like this forever.'”
Meanwhile, Miranda has embraced her “mum-bod” and doesn’t mind that she might never get her old body back.
She said: “It’s really important as women that we’re gentle with ourselves and don’t feel like we have to snap back into shape after a baby… It’s OK, I’ve got a mum-bod and it’s fine! I don’t mind. It’s all part of it.
“I took nine months – well, 10 months – to grow a beautiful child and it might take 10 months to feel good in a swimsuit again. Or longer. Or never!”
