Olivier Giroud was on target again for France in Monday's 1-1 draw with Turkey.
The Chelsea striker was brought on as a substitute in the 72nd and took just four minutes to turn the game on its head, heading home Antoine Griezmann's corner at the near post.
It was the 32-year-old's third goal in four matches for the World Champions.
However it proved not to be the winner as Turkey stunned the hosts when Kaan Ayhan headed home Hakan Calhanoglu's free-kick.
Les Bleus will now have to wait until November to seal their place in Euro2020.
