Man Utd considering shock transfer move for Mexican rising star Sebastian Cordova, 22, from Club America
MANCHESTER UNITED are trailing new Mexico playmaker Sebastian Cordova, according to reports.
Old Trafford scouts are thought to have watched the 22-year-old’s impressive international debut last Thursday.
Sevilla and Benfica have also been linked with the attacking midfielder, who helped Club America win the Mexico Cup in April.
Now Mexican website Record suggest United are among Cordova’s rising list of admirers, especially after his display in last week’s 2-0 friendly win over Trinidad & Tobago.

Born in the northern city of Aguascalientes, Cordova has been with Mexico City-based Club America since he was 15.
And United’s reported interest will spark memories of compatriot Javier Hernandez, who hit 59 goals in 157 games for United from 2010-2016.
Chicharito, 31, is now with Sevilla, having netted 52 times in 109 matches for Mexico.
