KATIE Price is still texting her ex toyboy Charles Drury – despite whisking Kris Boyson off on a birthday break.
The Sun Online revealed yesterday that Katie is officially back together with personal trainer Kris after breaking off their engagement.
She enjoyed a fling with 22-year-old Charles over the summer – but it appears her love life is still in chaos as she refuses to end contact with the handsome builder.
An insider told us: “Katie and Charles are still texting even though he knows she’s back on with Kris.
“He still thinks that there could be hope for them down the line and she’ll dump Kris again – but who knows?”
Meanwhile she’s planning to take Kris away on a romantic minibreak.
Last year Katie got drunk and gatecrashed Kris’ birthday party while they were on a break.
She was later arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after crashing her car.
Katie had partied at the 30th birthday bash at The Meze restaurant in Bexleyheath in the hours before.
After she spent the night in a cell, Kris was pictured at Plumstead Police Station in South East London waiting for his on/off girlfriend.
Another source added: “Katie was filming for the reality show yesterday and was telling everyone she was taking Kris away for a birthday surprise to show him how sorry she is about all the drama recently.
“She wants to spend some quality time with him, given how last year’s birthday celebrations turned out so has decided to take him away last-minute for a romantic break.”
Katie dumped Kris by text after she was caught cheating with Charles.

But Kris was able to forgive and forget just weeks later.
But now Katie’s back in contact with Charles after unfollowing him on social media after he refused to sign a document promising not to spill her secrets.
After taking Katie back, Kris is now moving his things gradually into her mucky mansion.
But the £2million home is currently unlivable after it started crumbling last year.
It’s getting a much-needed renovation – which has pushed Katie and her kids out into the annexe.
Katie declined to comment.
