A PERV performed a sex act with a muffin then offered it to an oblivious schoolgirl.
Neil Brown, 40, carried out the obscene act without telling the victim what he had done.
When she accepted the cake, she looked inside the wrapping and realised the fiend had used it to perform a sex act, Derby Telegraph reports.
Brown has avoided jail and was instead handed a 10-month jail term, suspended for 18 months, after pleading guilty to sexual activity in the presence of a child.
He was also placed on the sex offender’s register for 10 years and handed a 10-year sexual harm prevention order at Derby Crown Court.
The girl, whose age was not given, has now been left terrified when going out for meals and said her schoolwork suffered as a result.

She said in an emotional victim impact statement: “I feel sick at the thought of what I could have bitten into.
“When I go out for meals I get nervous and when I eat I sometimes feel sick.
“At first it did affect my school work but I have got better now time has gone on.”
The court was told on November 25, 2017, Brown performed the sex act before offering the cake to the schoolgirl.
When she realised what he had done, she alerted her mother, who immediately called the cops.
Brown was arrested and admitted the lewd act during a police interview.
Jessica Strange, mitigating, said: “He is genuinely mortified at his actions and he is genuinely sorry for what he has done to this young girl.
“He is extremely remorseful about the effect this has had on her.”

Brown has also been ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work and to attend 30 rehabilitation sessions with the probation service.
Sentencing, Judge David Fletcher said: “What you did was reprehensible.
“It is a situation where you have lost your job because of what you did and you will find it extremely difficult to find another one with this conviction.”
