(Most) of Week Three is in the annals of fantasy football history with only the Washington/Chicago Monday Night Football game left to play. There were less league-shaking quarterback injuries this week, though the performances of the new quarterbacks do sort of alter how we are thinking about roster management moving forward. Teddy Bridgewater performed at a league-average clip on the road, Gardner Minshew was excellent, while Mason Rudolph was mostly horrible.
Early on in the season, we should prioritize potential difference-makers on the fantasy football waiver wire. If your team is 1-2 or 0-3, the time to get aggressive is now. If you can put your team in a chance for a win this week with an aggressive bid, you need to be making that bid. In the first month or so, we should be looking for difference makers at running back and wide receiver with the other positions (quarterback and tight end) taking slightly less precedence unless there is a potential league winner out there.
