Female teacher ‘with STI who seduced boy, 14′ is arrested after being ‘confronted by her own teenage kids’
A HERPES-infected teacher has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student – after her own children angrily confronted her about the alleged abuse.
Court documents accuse Elyse Castillo, 45, of having sex with the male pupil over a 15-month period in New Jersey, US.
It’s also alleged that the Jersey City substitute teacher didn’t tell the boy that she was suffering from a venereal disease, reports NJ.com.
Her disgusted kids had a heated argument with her about the ongoing alleged abuse – said to have taken place from June last year up until last month, Hudson County Superior Court was told.
Child protection officers were called to the family home on August 19, after the father of Castillo’s two kids contacted authorities.
He told officials that she and their children, aged 13 and 14, had a heated confrontation, stemming from their disgust at her “relationship with a minor”, prosecutors say.
His complaint led to investigators interviewing the alleged sex abuse victim, who said he and Castillo started a relationship in 2018, and would “make love”.

The boy had no idea that she had herpes, reports the New York Post.
Prosecutors say the pair met numerous times at Castillo’s home, where the alleged abuse took place on “multiple occasions”.
Castillo was arrested on August 29 and charged with aggravated sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and witness tampering.
She was also charged with having sex while she had a venereal disease, without the informed consent of the alleged victim.
Hudson County assistant prosecutor Barbara Drasheff told the court that Castillo should remain in custody, to prevent her from being a danger to her alleged victim.

But Judge Paul DePascale ordered her to be released until her trial.
He said: “I think it’s reasonable under the circumstances to bar her from having any contact with children under the age of 18.”
She is allowed to contact her children, however.
