EMMERDALE fans are convinced Nate Ramsey is going to blackmail Amy Wyatt after she confessed to killing Frank.
The hunky farmhand – who is played by actor Jurrell Carter in the ITV soap – was shocked when Amy confessed to being responsible for the fire that claimed Frank’s life and destroyed the factory and the business.
He caught her in the act of stealing Kyle’s passport so she could flee with him abroad, and in an emotional moment she unburdened herself of the guilt she has been feeling.
She told him: “I was in a lot of debt from back in Belfast. I broke into the factory, the charity money was there and I was desperate.
“I didn’t mean for any of it to happen, it just got out of control.
“Try telling that to Tracy and Vanessa – they’ve lost their dad because of me. I’ve been this close to admitting it but if I do it’s all over.”
But then Nate surprised her by agreeing to keep her secret – and her plans to run away with Kyle.
“I won’t say anything to anyone. I wish you weren’t going, I don’t want to lose you but I get why you’re doing it. If you change your mind I’m here, I’ll look after you.”
But with his reaction being so calm, fans think he’s planning something nefarious for Amy.
And now fans think he will have the perfect leverage to hold over her should she ever discover his affair with Moira Barton.
