GEORDIE Shore reject Sam Gowland is trying to sue ex Chloe Ferry for “loss of earnings” after the stress of their split.
The 24-year-old star and Chloe, 23, have had their bitter break-up play out in public – with Chloe even accusing him of romping with Love Island star Amber Davies.
Now a source has revealed that Sam believes Chloe’s comments have cost him PAs due to his damaged reputation, and is seeking legal action.
He is also claiming that he has been too “stressed” to work, with the insider exclusively telling The Sun Online: “Chloe’s had a letter from Sam’s solicitors saying he’s taking action against her after the split.
“He’s saying he’s lost work through everything she’s said about him online and that he can’t work because of the stress.
“He’s saying she’s damaged his reputation and has lost club PA bookings. He’s demanding money or a public apology. Chloe’s absolutely furious.”
In July, Sam was booted from MTV show Geordie Shore for a second time after he erupted when he learned Chloe had snogged another man in Portugal after their split.
Producers felt that his temper had gone “way too far”, slapping him with another suspension from the hit reality show.
Chloe followed Sam out of the door at the time, showing her loyalty to her on/ off beau.
Last week, Chloe called the police on her ex after a furious row at their shared house.
The former couple came to blows at the Tyneside home when she went to collect her belongings.
A source told us at the time: “Chloe called the police after going to a house she owns with Sam where they had a row about her turning up.
“They argued and then Sam threatened to throw them out for good. Chloe has a legal right to their house as she owns half of it with Sam.”
The insider added: “She decided to call the police to see where she stood and is planning on going to a solicitor to work out how to get Sam off the mortgage.
“At this point, Chloe doesn’t even want the house anymore. She’s sick of him.”
Just days earlier, the Geordie beauty shocked fans when she shared screenshots of Sam’s messages to Amber – claiming that they prove the pair had sex one day after she and Sam split.
She had previously broken down on social media, sobbing as she detailed finding “evidence” that had left her “really, really hurt”.
While weeping, Chloe also revealed that Sam had been messaging other girls while they were still in a sexual relationship – and that both Amber and Sam had denied having sex when she confronted them in the past.
Megan Barton-Hanson then took to her own story to seemingly take a swipe at “heartless rat” Amber, who she previously accused of sexting her ex-boyfriend Wes Nelson.
Chloe and Sam first started dating in October 2017, and announced their split in May of this year.
The Sun Online then revealed that he had romped with a mystery Love Island star the following day.
Amber and Sam have strongly denied Chloe’s accusations, insisting that they have only ever been good friends – and a source telling us that the Love Island beauty had been left “horrified” by the public accusation.
The actress then came under fire when she revealed that she’d been “crying for hours” to Sam following Chloe’s outburst.
Amber was forced to defend herself as followers accused her of rubbing Chloe’s face in their relationship, with Amber going on to slam “manipulative” Chloe for making the shock claims.
Prior to that, Sam had branded Chloe a “dirty c***” in a scathing video as he arrived home to a filthy house strewn with clothes and takeaway food.
