Gold Derby can exclusively reveal all five episodes being submitted to Emmy Awards voters by the nominees for Best Reality Host. Each of the following people must enter one episode from this past season for voters to view. The category winner will be presented at the Creative Arts Emmys ceremony weekend of September 14-15.
RuPaul Charles (“RuPaul’s Drag Race”) is submitting the episode “Whatcha Unpackin’?” which aired on February 28 for Bravo. Charles has won this category the past three years.
James Corden (“The World’s Best”) is submitting “Episode 1.1” which aired on February 3 for CBS. It’s the first nomination in this category for Corden.
Ellen DeGeneres (“Ellen’s Game of Games”) is submitting the episode “Air Force One Eyed Monster” which aired on January 22 for NBC. It’s the second nomination in this category for DeGeneres.
Marie Kondo (“Tidying Up”) is submitting the episode “Sparking Joy After a Loss” which streamed on January 1 for Netflix. It’s the first nomination for Kondo.
Nick Offerman and Amy Poehler (“Making It”) are submitting the episode “Meet Your Makers” which aired on July 31 for NBC. It’s the first nomination for each in this category.
