Yasiel Puig is coming to Cleveland!
IT’S HAPPENING!
The Cleveland Indians are finishing up a three-team trade with the San Diego Padres and Cincinnati Reds that will see Trevor Bauer go to the Reds, Taylor Trammell to the Padres, and Franmil Reyes, Logan Allen, and Yasiel Puig to the Indians.
So, #Indians’ return, per @dennistlin and @JonHeyman, will be Yasiel Puig, Franmil Reyes and Logan Allen. Bauer to CIN, Taylor Trammell to SD.

Right-hander Trevor Bauer has been traded to the Cincinnati Reds, sources familiar with the deal tells ESPN. He will move as part of a three-team deal with the San Diego Padres, according to sources.

The deal, of course, is pending physicals but on the surface this looks like a remarkable return for Bauer, who will get very expensive after this season and is a free agent following the 2021 season. In return, the Indians received Franmil Reyes, a budding star who already has 27 home runs this season and is not even arbitration eligible until 2021, and Yasiel Puig, who will add immediate thump to the Tribe lineup.
