He is Bosnian guy, 33 years old, picked up by police boat and he was conscious on the way to the hospital but didn't feel his legs.
It seems lucky dumb guy broke pelvic, according to the first news report.
The jump occurred on July 24. 2019. in Croatia, city of Sibenik.
Before the jump, he said:
