A MUM has revealed how a “life changing” body wash has cured her son’s eczema in a matter of days.
When little Junior Bailey began to develop a severe form of the skin condition at just eight weeks old, mum Toni was desperate to find a cure.
Explaining that strangers had mistaken Junior’s eczema for burns, the 30-year-old from Bradford had taken her two-month-old son to the GP, but was given steroid cream and a referral to a dermatologist.
But with the condition growing worse every day, Toni was devastated when after asking for an urgent appointment, she was told: “If you can’t wait, go private.”
Explaining she couldn’t afford a private fee, the 30-year-old decided to take matters into her own hands and stumbled upon the “life changing” products after they were recommended by her sister-in-law, Charlotte.
Toni ordered the 2-in-1 Hair and Body Wash and Body Cream from Baby Kingdom Collection – and was amazed at the results.
Explaining she had reservations – after trying so many different brands – after just one day, Junior’s skin started to improve.
“Charlotte told me about Baby Kingdom and I just thought it’s a bit expensive but if it’s works, it’s worth every penny,” Toni explained.
“A few weeks on it has transformed his skin and it has changed his life. It’s not a sticky cream and it smells beautiful. It’s amazing.
“I was always nervous about the steroid creams as they are supposed to thin the skin and the body can become reliant on them but Baby Kingdom only uses natural ingredients.”
Explaining her baby is now a totally “different child” and no longer in pain, mum-of-four Toni no longer feels “like a prisoner in her own home”.
“I got real anxiety and felt like I was bad mother because Junior was a mess but there was nothing I could do,” she explained.
Eczema is a condition that causes the skin to become itchy, red, dry and cracked.
Atopic eczema (the most common form of the condition) is more common in children, often developing before their first birthday.
However, it may also develop for the first time in adults.
It’s usually a long-term condition, although it can improve significantly, or even clear completely, in some children as they get older.
The exact cause of eczema is not known.
Symptoms:
Some people only have small patches of dry skin, but others may experience widespread red, inflamed skin all over the body.
It can affect any part of the body but it most often affects the hands, insides of the elbows, backs of the knees and the face and scalp in children.
There are many different treatments to help control eczema, including:
Also known as dermatitis, eczema is a common dry skin condition.
In mild cases, a person’s skin is dry, scaly, red and itchy.
But, in more severe cases there can be weeping, crusting and bleeding sores as a result.
The constant compulsion to itch can leave the skin split and bleeding and also leaves it open to infection.
