KELLY Brook stepped out in a summer dress today after revealing her boobs gave her backache before her recent two stone weight loss.
The radio star, 39, showed off her slimmed down figure in the chic shirt dress – after admitting she decided to change her diet after piling on the pounds.
Revealing her natural beauty, she went make-up free and pulled her hair off her face in a messy bun.
The model – who is in a long term relationship with Jeremy Parisi – admitted she gained weight after gorging on pie and chips washed down with Guinness.
But she’s now switched to smaller portions and it’s made the world of difference to her waistline, as she’s gone from a size 14/16 to a size 12.
She told TV Life magazine: “I was the last to realise I’d put on weight.

“I wasn’t in denial because I felt all right. But I’d got up to a 14/16 dress size, my boobs were too big and my back was hurting.
“I was just eating a lot of rich foods – there was a lot of going to my local pub and having pie and chips and a pint of Guinness.”
Her comments comes after she revealed she had laser treatment to get rid of her “double chin”.
She complained about getting older in a video posted to her Instagram, explaining: “‘As I’m getting older, I mean what is going on? It’s so crazy.
Kelly said there is “something out there [to help]” – referring to the treatment she had just had on her chin and neck.
She also said that she has so far received two treatments of the laser therapy and will be undergoing another two.
