IT was a fine weekend of sport and now the caravan rolls on to the smaller meetings on what looks a quiet Tuesday.

Brighton
4.00 Crystal Tribe – William Haggas’ three-year-old is supremely well-bred but didn’t cut much ice in maidens, finishing 7th, 9th and 10th.
However, the switch to handicap company immediately paid off at Lingfield last time where he got hampered before flying late to win with ease.
A 4lb rise is remarkably lenient and I’d be astonished if he wasn’t able to follow up in this weak an affair.
Hamilton
4.15 Never Be Enough – The drop to a mile worked wonders for Keith Dalgleish’s contender last time.
He travelled strongly before putting the race to bed in style and looks a good thing to follow up under a 5lb penalty.
The trainer has been in fantastic form of late and can see his four-year-old follow up.

6.00 Gold Hunter – Finished with a rare old rattle for second at this track last time out, and must have a big chance of going one better of the same mark.
Headgear appears to have made a difference to him and he remains very well-treated on his old form.
The step up to seven looks ideal and he should a tough nut to crack.
Stratford
7.15 Ink Master – Got on well with his pilot last time out and is still well-handicapped off a 5lb higher mark.
Has won around here before and should follow up if managing to nab an early lead.
