Man Utd relaunch transfer interest in Jadon Sancho as Solskjaer looks to add more pace to wing with Borussia Dortmund star

JADON SANCHO will shoot back up Manchester United’s summer wishlist if they offload Paul Pogba, reports say.

Forbes suggest Old Trafford boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would make Borussia Dortmund’s England winger, 19, a priority signing if he boost funds by selling 26-year-olds Pogba and Romelu Lukaku.

But Dortmund still believe they can hang on to £70million-rated ex-Etihad kid Sancho.

Real and Juventus are both keen on French World Cup winner Pogba.

And the Independent claim PSG offered United Brazil striker Neymar, 27, as part of a staggering swap deal for the former Juve midfielder.

Solskjaer is looking for more youth as he revamps a squad top heavy in both ageing stars and under-achieving high-earners.

Pacy Sancho and West Ham’s Three Lions midfielder Declan Rice, 20, fit the desired description perfectly.

But Solskjaer knows both would be costly.

In fact, Forbes say Dortmund would hope for nearer £100m if they did sell Sancho.

Splashing so much on one player could seriously impede Solskjaer’s hopes of adding around five quality signings this summer.

That’s another reason why United have so far baulked at Crystal Palace’s £50m valuation of England Under-21 right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Solskjaer’s financial restraints would be hugely eased, though, if he sold Pogba and Inter Milan target Lukaku.

Meanwhile, the Norwegian is looking for potential bargains like Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff, 21, and Stoke centre-back Nathan Collins, 18.

The only Old Trafford newcomer to date this summer is Swansea’s Wales wideman Dan James, 21, for £15m plus add-ons.
