After three consecutive minor leagues seasons hitting 20 or more home runs, Bradley took a huge this season with 24 home runs and a .292/.359/.638 slash in just 284 plate appearances. The .408 wOBA he carried prior to his promotion was the highest since he tore apart Rookie Ball in 2014, his first professional season.
Indians designated hitters ranked dead last in the AL with a combined 69 wRC+, and second-lowest isolated power rating at .132. The only team’s DH slot hitting with less power is the Tigers.
Bradley will bat seventh in his debut and man first base against the Tigers.
Bradley will hit 7th in the lineup today, playing 1B.
