England fans boo Dutch national anthem before Nations League clash after shameful scenes in Portugal
A MINORITY of England fans shamed their nation yet again after booing the Holland national before kick-off.
The Three Lions’ progress to the Nations League semi-final has been marred by more violence from the travelling England supporters.
Last night saw chaos in Porto as boozed-up supporters clashed with police.
And they were criticised yet again as the two teams lined up for their all-important last four clash.
After the Dutch supporters impeccably observed England’s national anthem, the same can’t be said about the Brits towards their opponents.
Instead their anthem was unsurprisingly met by a chorus of boos.
It was met with rage on social media with one fan writing: “Why do England fans boo other nations National Anthem? Disgraceful.”
Another added: “Don’t boo their national anthem you clowns.”
And a third said: “Why would you think it’s acceptable to boo during another country’s national anthem? Some England fans are seriously screwed up. An embarrassment to our country.”

England supporters have been heavily criticised yet again for causing trouble in Porto.
Two were arrested and more were injured after bottles were thrown in the streets after a day of drinking.
Around 150 English supporters in a Uefa Nations League fan zone were watching the first semi-final on big screens when they clashed with locals before cops moved in to drive the factions apart.
