Arsenal fans terrified Aubameyang will leave as he deletes mention of club out of his Instagram bio

PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG has left Arsenal fans fearing the worst after the striker removed his Instagram profile picture and bio.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a big-money move to China in the summer with Shanghai SIPG reportedly prepared to offer him £300,000-a-week.

It is understood that the North London club are desperate to tie the player down to a new deal, and are willing to offer him a small pay-rise.

Aubameyang was chased by Guangzhou Evergrande and Tianjin Quanjian in January 2018, but the potential moves fell through before he ended up joining the Gunners.

And Arsenal fans have been left terrified that their marksman could depart the Emirates judging by his recent activity on social media.

The ex-Borussia Dortmund ace – who shared the 2018/19 Premier League Golden Boot award with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane – removed his profile picture that showed him in an Arsenal top, along with the club’s name from his bio.

Commenting on the situation, one supporter tweeted: “This auba thing on insta has me mad stressing lool.”

Another said: “Auba removed us out of his pp and bio on insta omggg it’s happening.”

One added: “Ok Aubameyang has deleted his Instagram picture hope this is not meaning he leaving.”

The Gabon international’s actions then left another fan convinced he is leaving, as he tweeted: “Aubameyang’s Insta profile has ruined my week. Yep, the bloke is leaving us for China.”

Another simply stated: “AUBA’S INSTAGRAM WTF.”
