Ladies’ Tri-Am a great success despite dreadful weather
Uphall Ladies once again held a successful Open Tri-Am on Friday. Despite the poor weather 17 teams completed the competition, with the course holding up well
The Ladies incorporated a fundraising Bottle Auction and would like to thank everyone who donated and contributed. In addition, there was a 4-Ball at Torwoodlee GC on offer as a fundraiser. This was won by Margaret Meldrum, with the proceeds of £100 going to Breast Cancer Now.
Our Lady Captain, Susan Watkins, celebrated a big birthday this weekend! The Ladies presented her with flowers, bubbly and lots of cakes which were enjoyed by all who came to play.
A great day and thanks go to all the Ladies from both near and far who supported the event and battled the conditions. Many congratulations to those in the prizes, who are.
