This study investigated the relationship between demographic, healthcare, and socio-economic factors, and COVID-19 incidence rate per 100,000 population in Thailand at the province level between January 2020 and March 2022, using a five-phase approach by spatial analysis. OLS models were initially used with significant variables: household, hospital, and industry density, nighttime light index (NTLI). Spatial dependency... Читать дальше...

The rapid economic development and accelerating urbanization have led to a significant mismatch between the urban bus network allocation and the population flow. Therefore, this paper investigates this challenge by exploring the intricate relationship between the population flow dynamics, traffic congestion conditions, and the efficient allocation of bus resources. In response, two key indexes were introduced based on spatial matching patterns to assess the urban bus network... Читать дальше...

Natural gas-doped hydrogen transportation has been widely used in industrial engineering. The change of the physical parameters of the conveying medium affects the working performance of the centrifugal compressor. This study aims to explore the aerodynamic performance of centrifugal compressors for hydrogen mixed natural gas, including the effects of hydrogen blending ratio (HBR) and inlet temperature on the pressure ratio and isentropic efficiency of compressors. ObjectivesTo establish the reference range of normal fetal ductus venosus pulsatility index (DV PI) and ductus venosus (DV) blood flow velocity at 11–14 weeks of gestation.
Material and methodsFetal ductus venosus Doppler flow was measured in singleton pregnancies attending our hospital for early pregnancy nuchal translucency (NT) screening between June 2021 and May 2022. All fetuses were followed up for pregnancy outcome using the following inclusion criteria... Читать дальше...

As an emerging class of RNA molecules, circular RNAs play pivotal roles in various biological processes, thereby determining their three-dimensional (3D) structure is crucial for a deep understanding of their biological significances. Similar to linear RNAs, the development of computational methods for circular RNA 3D structure prediction is challenging, especially considering the inherent flexibility and potentially long length of circular RNAs. Individual cells grown in culture exhibit remarkable differences in their growth, with some cells capable of forming large clusters, while others are limited or fail to grow at all. While these differences have been observed across cell lines and human samples, the growth dynamics and associated cell states remain poorly understood. In this study, we performed clonal tracing through imaging and cellular barcoding of an in vitro model of esophageal epithelial cells (EPC2-hTERT).
