Stacey Solomon admits she’s ‘ridiculously teary’ as she shares sweet picture lying next to newborn son
STACEY Solomon has admitted she’s “ridiculously teary” as she shared a sweet picture lying next to her newborn son.
The Loose Women star gave birth “earlier than planned” on Friday to her third child – her first with boyfriend Joe Swash.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday evening, Stacey, 29, posted a picture of her in her PJs lying on the sofa next to her baby boy in his cot.
As she rested her hand on his tiny fingers and stared at him lovingly, she wrote: “Caption…. welcome home, my love.
“Feeling ridiculously teary today. He’s just so teeny and precious and I want to do the very best I can by him.
“I never thought I’d say this but If I could put him back inside my tummy for another year I would.”
She then added: “The messages on here are just so lovely. Obviously I’ve burst in to tears reading them but I’m a good way so thank you. Xxx.”
Stacey, who was praised for showing the reality of child birth with a blood splattered picture soon after the birth, already has sons Zachary, 11, and Leighton, seven, from previous relationships.
Meanwhile Joe, 37, has son Harry from a former relationship and admitted he had “witnessed the impossible” as Stacey gave birth.
He shared a photo of Stacey just after the labour with her newborn nestled on her chest.
