I can’t stand having sex with my husband but I’ve run out of excuses

DEAR DEIDRE: I WILL do anything to avoid having sex with my husband – and he is getting frustrated.

We are both 28 and we’ve been together for ten years.

Things were great for us but since we have married and moved in together I have realised I really don’t want sex.

I tell him I’m tired or I have a headache but those avoidance techniques are wearing thin now.

I’ve started to go out with friends more during the week but he is sitting up in bed waiting for me when I get home.

It’s getting him down but I don’t know how to tell him I don’t want to have sex any longer.

DEIDRE SAYS: It’s unusual for your libido to disappear at a young age unless you are stressed or depressed.

Maybe you have only experienced unsatisfying sex with your husband or he is an unskilled or inconsiderate lover.
