As the producer of "In Treatment," "Boardwalk Empire" and "Entourage," Mark Wahlberg knows what it takes to be successful on the small screen. And now, he's taking one of his own movies and developing it for a brand new series. His forgotten about 2007 action thriller "Shooter," directed by Antoine Fuqua, is now being turned into an episodic drama for TNT.
