Teenagers risk their lives clambering over precarious 75ft cliff in Torquay
A TEENAGER peers down from a precarious clifftop perch in a snap taken by a stunned onlooker.
He was with pals clambering over the sea in Torquay, Devon, on Wednesday evening.
Holidaymaker Seth Richards, 39, said: “I’d say the drop for him was about 75ft.
“I don’t think the water was deep as you could see the tide marks.

“One slip and he could very easily have plunged off the rocks and been injured or even killed.
“I had to leave but as far as I know they managed to get off OK.”
