Britain’s Got Talent singer makes shock proposal to his girlfriend after begging for ‘one more yes’
BRITAIN’s Got Talent viewers were left in tears tonight when contestant Jacob Jones proposed to his girlfriend on stage after receiving four yeses from the judges.
Nervous Jacob was put through after singing Joe Cocker’s You Are So Beautiful To Me and was asked to repeat his audition after a shaky star.
The singer took his second chance and smashed it, with the judges singing his praises in return.
But after getting four yeses, he stunned the crowd when he asked for ‘one more yes’ and viewers saw the camera pan to his girlfriend Faye in the audience.
He told her to come on stage as the shocked crowd cheered and clapped, expecting something big to happen.
Jacob hugged her and held her hands, before getting down on one knee and saying: “I love you more than anything, you believed in me.
“Faye Compton, will you marry me?”

Viewers were in bits as Jacob whipped out a gold engagement from a box and slipped it on her finger.
One said: “I’m not ashamed to admit watching #bgt but that guy singing like joe cocker is a top bloke.
“Proposing on stage as well, good lad, bit browny points!”
Another wrote: “Awwwww congrats to them both when he said he wanted another yes I was like awww he’s going to ask her to marry him.”
