The 56-year-old actress is expected to plead guilty today for her part in the college admissions scandal. Her husband, William H. Macy, did not appear to be with her.

If you don’t remember, last month, Felicity admitted her guilt in her first statement since the scandal broke.
Felicity could face as little as four months in prison. Lori Loughlin, who was also allegedly involved in the scandal, could face a lot more prison time.
