CHELSEA head into the final match of the Premier League season, knowing they will be playing in the Champions League next year.
Yet, Maurizio Sarri has kept a largely strong squad for the trip to Leicester City, with just one youth product travelling.
Born July 13, 2000, the 18-year-old originally called Abidjan in Ivory Coast home.
But he moved to England as a youngster and has since turned out for the the Young Lions.
He was captain for the under-17s as they won the World Cup in India.
The defender has been a part of the Chelsea setup for quite some time, joining as a youngster with the under-8s.
Able to play at centre-half and right-back, Guehi has been in remarkable form in recent years, helping them to a quadruple last season.
After moving up to the reserve side for this campaign, he was unlucky to miss out on the Academy Player of the Year.
Guehi was named in the matchday squad for Chelsea for the first time in the final Premier League match of the season.
Aside from Ruben Loftus-Cheek, he is the only academy product in the team – while Callum Hudson-Odoi is currently injured.
