Annual General Meeting: 24 May 2019
All coaches, squad swimmers, parents and carers are invited to attend the Woden Swim Club AGM on 24 May 2019.
Please consider coming to the Club Night then staying on for the AGM. Pizzas will be supplied for everyone – kids and adults (BYO water bottle).
AGM Details
Where: In the Childcare room at the Tuggeranong Pool
When: 7pm 24 May 2019. We will hold it straight after the Club Night. We expect it will take around 1 to 1.5 hours maximum
Why: The agenda for the AGM includes election of people to help through-out the year. There are many roles to be filled around the club, and many of these are vacant. Club roles include:

- Treasurer
- Race Secretary
- Registrar
- Club Night Coordinators
- Property Officer
- Public Officer
- Catering Coordinator
- Publicity Officer
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Webmaster
- Awards Coordinator

- Member Protection Information Officer
- Meet Director
- Competitions Committee Representative
