Kangana Ranaut Says Ranbir Kapoor Doesn’t Share His Opinion on Political Matters, Check Ranbir’s Reaction
Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor was recently targeted by Kangana Ranaut for dodging questions related to political matters. In an event, the Queen actor had said that such kind of behaviour was “irresponsible” and that she was not that kind of a person. Kangana had slammed Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor for maintaining silence on social and political issues.
Recently, when Ranbir was asked to comment on the same. He refused to give a straight answer to the question and said, “Whatever anyone asks me, I do answer it. I don’t have any interest in giving answers to these questions. People can say whatever they want. I know who I am and what I say.”
Ranbir Kapoor was interacting with the media at the celebration of true spirit of cricket in an event ‘Cricket Dil Se’ organized by electronic appliance brand Panasonic on Saturday in Mumbai. Kangana Ranaut had also recently called Alia’s performance in Gully Boy ‘mediocre.’
Ranbir Kapoor talked about his father Rishi Kapoor’s health who is taking medical treatment in the United States for the last year, he said, “He is doing much better. Hopefully, he should be back in a month or two and his spirits are up and there is a lot of positivity in his behaviour.”
A few days ago, Kangana was making headlines for the now-averted box-office clash of her film Mental Hai Kya with Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30. Her sister Rangoli Chandel alleged that a negative PR campaign was being run by the team Super 30 against her sister’s film. A day later, Hrithik announced that he had decided to shift the release date of his film to save himself from ‘personal trauma.’
“I have decided to shift the release date of my film ‘Super 30’ in order to save myself from the personal trauma and toxic mental violence this would cause. Despite the film being ready, I have requested my producers to shift and announce the next suitable date as soon as possible,” Hrithik said in the statement posted on Twitter.
