i just picked this bike up today. Its rough and needs an overhaul, but has potential to be a great bike! It is a mid-eighties Ciocc Designer 84 Microf. c.40 with either SL or SLX tubing and is either 55 or 56cm. Too small for me :(
There is pitting on the BB and surface rust all around. The front fork will need a rechrome, and it will probably need a media blast and respray. However, the frame is straight and dent free, so its got some serious potential!
The bike comes with a full Shimano 600 components (salvageable), mismatched wheels (front wobler, rear Mavic), Specialized stem and bars, and an alloy seat post.
Im selling it for exactly what I bought it for, $80.
If it fit me I would totally restore it! But, unfortunately it doesnt, so it just doesnt make sense for me to do so.
