EMMERDALE fans are disgusted after Victoria Sugden’s rapist covered his tracks by texting her he had fun during brutal rape.
The chef – who is played by actress Isabel Hodgins in the ITV soap – revealed how she had smashed her phone when vile rapist Lee text her in a sickening attempt to cover his tracks.
She told Moira Barton: “He text me the day after, and I thought he might apologise or threaten me to keep quiet but he just said that he’d had fun.
“Fun night. Loved it. Soz I had to go, kiss kiss. So I threw it at the wall.”
An understanding Moira told her: “He was probably covering his back, trying to be clever.
“Victoria, sweetheart. He came into your bedroom, against your will, held you down while he raped you. He knew what he had done.”
But as her former mother-in-law tried to talk her into going to the police to report the horrific rape, Victoria insisted that nothing would happen to Lee because she kissed him earlier in the night and had invited him in for a brew.
She told her: “Nothing will happen to him, everyone knows that.”
But Moira told her: “That’s not true, he’ll get arrested and he’ll be questioned. Darling, if you don’t then Lee will definitely go on unpunished and I don’t think you want that either.”
A tearful Victoria struggled with her decision and eventually decided that she did want justice for what Lee had done to her.

She asked Moira to come with her and help her tell the police what had happened, and viewers were thrilled, but they were furious over the rapist’s text message covering his tracks.
