Mastercard Rolls Out Small Business Programs, Partners With Intuit
Mastercard has announced the launch of new small business programs available across Mastercard Business and World Elite offerings.
The programs will include product discounts from Intuit, as well as automatic savings on business expenses including recruiting, travel and dining, and more.
“Mastercard is developing solutions that leverage advanced technologies, partnerships and industry alliances to provide small business owners with the resources they need and the seamless experience they deserve,” Amnah Ajmal, EVP of core products for Mastercard, said in an emailed press release. “At the end of the day, we realize that they’ve got a business to run, and we’ve got the solutions that can help them do that today, as well as get ahead of their needs tomorrow.”
Small business owners will be able to access tools and solutions including Intuit QuickBooks Online, with cardholders receiving up to 50 percent off a 12-month subscription; Intuit TurboTax, with small businesses able to save up to $20 on TurboTax federal products; 24/7 Business Assistant, which provides key business services, such as locating tech support or a recruiting service, arranging client dinners, securing a meeting room or purchasing gifts; Mastercard ID Theft Protection to monitor personal and business information; Mastercard Easy Savings, providing access to automatic savings on daily expenses; Cell Phone Insurance when businesses charge their monthly telephone bill to their Business Mastercard; and Mastercard Receipt Management, which includes a mobile app to help small business cardholders track paper and digital receipts, capture key purchase data, categorize their expenses and view/export customized reports.
