KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially released the bracket for the 68th Annual NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship.
The event will be held at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Ala., from May 14 – 18, for the 16th-consecutive year.
Asbury was selected as the No. 23 national seed and will matchup with the No. 10 national seed Union College (Ky.). The match is set for May 14 at 8:30 AM.
This will mark the second time that both teams will meet this season, with Union winning the first matchup 6-1.
AU will make their sixth trip back to Mobile in the past seven years in a couple of weeks and will look to build off their strong end to the regular season and conference tournament play. The Eagles are 13-3 on the year and have won 11 consecutive matches heading into nationals.
The Eagles also won the River States Conference (RSC) championship title on Saturday in Mason, Ohio with a 5-1 victory over IU Southeast.
