Megan Barton Hanson ‘swipes rodent’ after 3.30am bust-up with Love Island star following date
MEGAN Barton Hanson stole a fellow Love Island star’s hamster in a bizarre 3.30am bust-up yesterday.
Megan, 25, nicked it from millionaire Charlie Brake’s pad during a date and ran into the street.
Charlie, 23, followed in socks and demanded: “You can’t steal that. I’ll call police.”
But Megan, clutching it in a blue container, retorted: “You’re not looking after it properly. If you touch me, I swear . . .”
She fled in a taxi.
Earlier in the evening the pair posted snaps — now deleted — of her with grey hamster Khaleesi in his pad in Elephant and Castle, South London.
The reality TV veterans had spent the night partying before heading to the flat he shares with a cousin.
The date went pear-shaped when he showed her his furry plaything Khaleesi.
A source said: “She ran out with it and hid in a nearby garden. Charlie came out and was upset.”
Megan later admitted the theft — and revealed the pet had gone missing at her pad.

She said: “I didn’t like the fact her cage was small. I’m sorry.”
Charlie, whose grandad founded food firm Brakes, was on last year’s ITV2 series with Megan.
Earlier this year she was accused of kidnapping a hamster named Jon Snow she shared with ex Wes Nelson.
