ROMELU LUKAKU has been brutally trolled by Manchester United fans after he announced launching his own cologne label.
The Belgium international angered the Red Devils faithful before, revealing his “dream” of playing in Serie A last week.
Lukaku is having a difficult season at Old Trafford, attracting criticism for his fluctuating form and lacking fitness.
He has netted 15 times this season, but United will reportedly listen to offers of £75m for their ace this summer as he has set his eyes on a summer move to Italy.
And the striker found himself at odds with Red Devils supporters again when he informed his limited-edition Fierce cologne would be available in stores on Monday.
Lukaku wrote: “Excited to share that starting TODAY, you can visit an Abercrombie store in London, Manchester, or Brussels to get my limited edition bottle of Fierce cologne before anyone else. Very limited quantities.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men had suffered a massive blow to their top four hopes when they drew with Chelsea 1-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday.
And as Lukaku’s announcement came just a day after, club fans accused him on paying too much attention to his business ventures.
Many of them took to Twitter to mock the Belgian.
One tweeted: “Hasn’t realised yet that we missed out on top 4 yesterday. The timing is just as bad as you’r touch. No Abercombie stores in Milan or Turin?”
While another one added: “Does each spray only last for 20 mins before running out of strength and fading completely??”
A third wrote: “Another fine bit of self admiration and promotion by big Rom this evening, during a critical week for the club…”
Lukaku has refused to commit his future to United following the Chelsea clash.
When asked whether he would stay at Old Trafford beyond this season, he said: “Me? I don’t know, I am not here to entertain rumours. I am still under contract.”
