UFC St. Petersburg: Shamil Abdurakhimov and Marcin Tybura bond at hospital after fight
UFC heavyweights Shamil Abdurakhimov and Marcin Tybura got a quick trip to the hospital after a grueling fight in the prelims of UFC on ESPN+ 7.
After trading heavy blows, they reconciled at the hospital bed where Tybura was sent after Abdurakhimov knocked him out in the second round (via <a href=" Abdurakhimov was repeatedly introduced to Tybura's shin before delivering the punch that set the end in motion. Now all he wants is a nod from UFC matchmakers. "It doesn’t really matter who they give me next, but I would like a top five opponent," he said after his win.
