Emmerdale’s Tracy will have a furious showdown with Maya after she’s finally caught with Jacob
ACTRESS Amy Walsh has revealed her character Tracy Metcalfe will have a furious showdown with paedophile, Maya Stepney.
The game will finally be up for Maya next week after she us caught with her toyboy lover, Jacob Gallagher.
Speaking to Inside Soap, Amy confirms: “Maya’s caught with Jacob by one of the girls, and news travels fast,”
“Initially, as a group, they don’t believe that what’s been seen is the truth – not that someone is lying, but that there must be an explanation.
As soon as they realise what’s happening, they want to get Maya on her own and hear the truth. It all gets a bit crazy…”.
Amy is sworn to secrecy on what happens next, but she does reveal Tracy is on the warpath.
“It comes as a shock to Tracy, because she considers Jacob as a stepson,” says the soap actress.
“She’s very protective of him, as he’s been good to her in the past.
“Also, she’s been completely duped by Maya’s lies. Tracy’s shown kindness in looking after her when she was ill, and her relationship with Billy ended because of a lie that Maya told.
“She’s hurt, upset and baffled by it all.”
Yesterday, The Sun Online explained how David Metcalfe (Jacob’s dad) is left confused and heartbroken after girlfriend Maya scuppers his plans of a marriage proposal.
David then manages to find solace in the arms of his estranged wife Tracy [Metcalfe] and the pair kiss.
